Our History

A group of investors decided to create a project of a meat packer, in Mexico City, dedidcated to the production of sausages. This led them to star the construction of the factory in 2002.

It was the second week of June 2003, when we started the production of the goods for our brands Sabadell and Oviedo, with only 15 administrative people and 5 operative persons.

Nowadays, we have a staff of 180 people and more than 40 units of distribution.
